The GROW Formula is a step-by-step system that helps solo health & wellness practitioners get more clients and keep them, avoid burnout, and build lasting financial security.

It focuses on four key areas (Get Clients, Relationships, Ourselves, and Wealth), each backed by practical, evidence-based strategies that work in real life.

It’s grounded in research, refined through expert input, and proven by practitioners who’ve used it to build thriving businesses, without burning out or selling out.

You’ll begin to see shifts within 4 to 6 weeks. By week 12, your Solo Practitioner Score will have improved significantly. The bigger impact on efficiency and income typically lands within 6 to 9 months, with sustained growth from there.

The GROW Tribe is your community of like-minded solo practitioners building their businesses alongside you. It’s where you can ask questions, share wins, get feedback, and stay accountable, so you’re not doing it all alone.

You’ll get regular mini-challenges to keep you motivated and moving forward, and access to an AI-powered on-demand GROW Coach for practical support when you’re stuck.

You’ll also get exclusive access to The Deep Dive, our members-only podcast that unpacks the theory behind the GROW Formula, giving you that deeper understanding that helps you apply it in real life.

Think of it as your virtual team: part cheer squad, part strategy hub, part gentle kick up the backside when needed.

Available as part of the Sneak Peek, a Meet Me session is a one-to-one live online video call with an accredited GROW Coach where you can:

• Talk through your situation, challenges, and goals.

• Ask questions about the GROW Formula and the GROW Business Transformation Bootcamps.

• See exactly how to use the Sneak Peek tools and resources so you squeeze every drop of value from your free week’s access.

Think of it as a shortcut. Instead of figuring things out alone, you get maximum value and the confidence to decide if GROW is right for you.

An Onboarding Session is a one-to-one virtual session with an accredited GROW Coach, designed to set you up for success in the Bootcamp. You’ll talk about your goals, what you want to get out of the program, and any support you might need along the way.

Your coach will walk you through all the resources available to you (including how to find and use them), show you how to get the most out of the course, and help troubleshoot any tech or access issues upfront.

It’s part goal-setting, part guided tour, and a solid launchpad for getting stuck in with confidence.

The online course gives you the full GROW Formula, broken down into bite-sized lessons, reflections, and practical activities in the accompanying GROW Workbook. It’s all the knowledge you need to grow your business, in one step-by-step system.

The coaching program moves you from knowing what to do to actually doing it. It builds on the course with hands-on support each step of the way. You’ll get structured group coaching sessions with an accredited GROW Coach, accountability check-ins, feedback, and personalised help to turn the course into action — and results! You’ll also be part of a small, supportive Bootcamp cohort: practitioners who get it, have your back, and cheer you on when things feel wobbly. It’s not just about progress. It’s about not doing it alone.

GROW Tribe Meet-ups are informal group sessions where you connect with other practitioners, reflect on your progress, and get support from people who get it. They’re facilitated by an accredited GROW Coach, so as well as peer support, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and get real-time guidance or feedback when you need it.

Coaching sessions are focused, structured sessions with a GROW Coach to help you get unstuck, shift your mindset, or figure out what to do next (without the fluff). They move you from knowing what to do to actually doing it, keeping you accountable and on track.

Mentoring is available on our Elite track. It flexes with your individual support needs, and gives you one-to-one, tailored guidance from a senior practitioner who’s been where you are. It’s deeper, more strategic, and personalised to your specific goals.

Priority Support is 12 weeks of personal support from your dedicated GROW Coach, someone whose sole focus is helping you get the most out of the Bootcamp.

It’s included in the Elite Track and gives you direct access to your coach via email, WhatsApp and voice message during working hours on work days. Whether you need quick feedback, a mindset nudge or help untangling something tricky, your coach is in your corner and just a message away.

The Sneak Peek and Budget Track don’t have pre-scheduled sessions. They’re fully self-paced, so you can start anytime. The Pro and Elite Tracks include live group coaching on set dates, which you can find on the Enrol page under ‘Scheduling information’.

Whichever track you choose, you can enrol at any time and get immediate access to the GROW Tribe. As a member you’ll be able to join Tribe meet-ups, listen to the members-only Deep Dive podcast, and use the on-demand AI GROW Coach right away. One-to-one sessions such as onboarding, “Meet Me,” and mentoring are arranged individually at times that suit you.

Everything is delivered online, so you can join from anywhere.

Plan for around 6 hours per week over 12 weeks. This includes time for learning, reflecting, attending sessions, and implementing the GROW Formula. You may need additional time for tasks you add to your personal action plan.

On the Elite track, you will also need to allow extra time for mentoring and any additional support agreed with your coach.
