Refunds & Guarantees Policy

We want our courses to be unambiguously useful for UK sole traders. If they’re not, this policy sets out when you can get your money back and how to ask.

30-Day “Fit + Fair Use” Refund

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for the online course and/or the GROW Business Transformation Bootcamp, provided all four of the following criteria are met:

1. Course progress: You have accessed less than 50% of the core online course material.

2. Workbook: You have not downloaded the accompanying GROW Workbook.

3. Timing: Your purchase was made within the last 30 days.

4. Fit: You don’t meet the “Who this is for” criteria set out in the course introduction, or the Bootcamp is clearly not a fit for your business context.

Important for Bootcamp: You’re expected to keep up with the Coaching Programme by completing the pre-work inside the online course. If the Bootcamp has progressed to the point where the expected pre-work would reasonably require you to have accessed more than 50% of the course, you won’t be eligible for a refund — even if you chose not to access those materials.

“Scorecard Improvement Guarantee”

If you implement the GROW Formula in your business and your Solo Practitioner Scorecard result doesn’t improve, you can request a full refund within 120 days of purchase.

In order to issue a refund, we will need a brief note on what you implemented (bullet points are fine), and a screenshot or photo of your “before” and “after” Scorecard results as recorded in your GROW Workbook.

We may verify your results against our internal records (we can see your Scorecard submissions and course progress).

We keep this practical and human — we just need enough to confirm you genuinely tried the method.

What “accessed” and “half the course” mean

Accessed means content you’ve opened/played/marked complete on Kajabi (or that the platform logs as viewed).

Half the course refers to the core curriculum required to complete the programme (it excludes purely optional bonuses).

For the Bootcamp, the “half” threshold also considers the published pre-work schedule for sessions. If, by the point you request a refund, the Coaching Programme’s timeline reasonably implies you would have accessed more than half the core lessons, you won’t be eligible — even if you didn’t open them.

How to request a refund

Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject ‘Refund Request’. Include your full name, the email used to purchase, which Bootcamp you bought (Budget, Pro or Elite), the purchase date, and which refund route you’re using (Fit + Fair Use or Scorecard Improvement Guarantee). If you’re using the Scorecard Improvement Guarantee route, please include a brief note on what you implemented, and a screenshot or photo of your “before” and “after” Scorecard results as recorded in your GROW Workbook.

We’ll confirm receipt and keep you posted. If approved, your access will be revoked and you agree to delete any downloaded materials (if applicable) and not to retain copies.

Special cases (our discretion)

We know life happens. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion, even if strict criteria aren’t met. This does not create an ongoing right for similar cases.

Payments & processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (standard practice). If you paid via Klarna or ClearPay, any refund will be processed through that provider. Timing and any instalment adjustments are handled by them under their terms.

Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

We do not cover currency conversion differences, international fees, or card issuer charges.

Digital content & UK consumer rights

When you purchase digital content and choose to access it immediately, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may no longer apply once access begins.

This 30-day policy and the Scorecard Improvement Guarantee are in addition to your statutory rights where applicable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Preventing misuse

To keep things fair for everyone, we reserve the right to refuse future sales, remove access, or decline refund requests where we detect abuse (e.g., repeated refunds, sharing materials, chargebacks without first contacting us).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version and date above will show the latest update.
