Welcome to Sole Trader Courses! By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or joining the GROW Business Transformation Bootcamp, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. They set out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Scope of these terms
These Terms & Conditions cover access to our website and any digital content we provide, enrolment in our online courses, participation in the GROW Business Transformation Bootcamp, and use of our Kajabi-hosted community spaces.
By using our services, you confirm that you are a sole trader or small business owner engaging with our material for your own business development.
Payments & access
All prices are stated in GBP (£) unless noted otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. If you use a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in access being revoked.
Access to digital content is usually granted immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law may no longer apply once access begins.

Intellectual property
All course materials, including videos, slides, written content, the GROW Workbook, and the structure and design of the GROW Business Transformation Bootcamp, are the intellectual property of Sole Trader Courses Ltd. You may not copy, share, sell, resell, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission. You may not use, adapt, or deliver the GROW Formula® framework (or any part of it) in your own teaching, training, or commercial practice unless you are a licensed partner under a written agreement with us.
Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
What we provide (and what we don’t)
We provide educational content, resources, and coaching designed to help sole traders grow their businesses. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, medical, or health advice. All decisions you make in your business remain your responsibility.
Liability
We aim to deliver high-quality training, but we cannot guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use of our courses. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the course or programme in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Community standards
If you participate in our Kajabi community, be respectful of others; and do not post spam, harassment, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove anyone who breaches community standards without refund.
Termination of access
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these terms (including intellectual property restrictions), fail to make agreed payments, or misuse our community spaces.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version and date above will always show the latest update.
